Returns Policy
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns and the refund will be applied within 8 – 10 business days after receiving the return. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the reason for the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll pay the return shipping costs.
If your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no extra charge. You must notify us within 10 days of delivery, via email to receive a free replacement. We will then give you instructions on how to return the damaged item to us.
